We’re pleased to announce that Kigiku will hold a POP-UP STORE on B1F at Daimaru Shinsaibashi.

The event will run for six days, from Thursday, October 29 to Tuesday, November 3.

This year, Daimaru Shinsaibashi celebrates its 300th anniversary.

We are delighted to hold a POP-UP at this special milestone for Daimaru Shinsaibashi, a store with a long history.

At Kigiku, we remake kimono that have been passed down over many years into clothing and bags that can be enjoyed in today’s everyday life.

Passing down cherished things from long ago to the generations ahead.

We hope this POP-UP will be a special opportunity to see and touch the craftsmanship of Kigiku for yourself.

At the venue, we plan to offer dresses, pants, skirts, bags, and accessories upcycled from kimono.

We invite you to experience in person the unique appeal of each one-of-a-kind piece, including its distinctive pattern, the texture of the fabric, and the silhouette when worn—things that are difficult to fully convey online.
