About Returns

If you contact us within 7 days of receiving the product, you may request a return.

We also accept returns for customer convenience, such as when the size does not fit or the impression of the product’s image or color differs from what you expected.

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met.

・The product has only been tried on indoors
・The product is unused and unwashed
・All product tags and accessories are included
・The product is in the same condition as when delivered
・The product has no odors or stains from perfume, tobacco, cosmetics, pets, or other sources
・The purchase can be verified, such as through your purchase history

Returns cannot be accepted in the following cases.

・You contact us more than 7 days after receiving the product
・The product has been worn outdoors
・The product has been washed or dry-cleaned, even once
・The product has developed stains, scratches, damage, odors, or other issues while in your possession
・The product tags or accessories have been lost or damaged

Return shipping fees

For returns due to customer convenience, such as an unsuitable size or differences from the expected image or color, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

In the case of a defective product, incorrect delivery, or a clear discrepancy from the product description provided by our store, we will cover the return shipping costs.

If you wish to return a product, be sure to contact our store before sending it back. We may be unable to accept products returned without prior contact.

Refund

We will notify you once the return has been received and inspected. We will also inform you whether the refund has been approved or not.

If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.

It may take time for the bank or credit card company to process the refund and for it to be credited.
